About Rise

A home where dignity leads the way.

Rise Supported Living is a Level 3 Supported Residential Service at 38 Colville Street, Highgate Hill. We provide a safe, stable home for some of the community's most vulnerable people, with the daily support they need to live with confidence.

Our story

A safe, stable home for the community's most vulnerable.

Rise Supported Living was created to fill a real gap in Brisbane — a home where people who need round-the-clock support can live with dignity, surrounded by a team that genuinely cares.

We are a Level 3 Supported Residential Service, which means our trained staff are here 24/7 to assist with medication, personal care and daily living. But Rise is more than the services we provide. It is shared meals, familiar faces and the small routines that make a place feel like home.

Whether a resident comes to us through family, a hospital discharge, a community support worker or an NDIS coordinator, our promise is the same: you'll be known by name, and you'll be cared for like one of our own.
