Referral Process

1. Submit a referral
   Complete the referral form via our website with as much detail as possible.

2. Assessment & outcome
   Our team will review the referral and be in touch with an outcome within 3 business days.

3. Acceptance & next steps
   If accepted, a proposed move-in date will be confirmed and all required documentation will be sent to progress onboarding.

Eligibility & Suitability

We support vulnerable members of the community who require additional structure, safety, and support in a specialised residential environment.

Acceptance is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers:

• Whether we can safely and appropriately meet the individual’s care and support needs

• The individual’s compatibility with the existing household, to ensure a stable and positive environment for all residents

Our priority is creating a setting where everyone feels safe, supported, and able to thrive.

Pricing

Single room: $998 per fortnight - AVAILABLE Early Feb

Double room: $988 per fortnight - AVALIABLE Early Feb

Triple room: $978 per fortnight - AVAILABLE Early Feb

Discounts available for those on JobSeeker and Youth Allowance payments
